Any lateness over 15 minutes will result in the appointment either being cancelled or changed depending on the treatment.

• Please arrive to lash appointments with clean lashes, cleaning the lashes will result in time being taken off your appointment and will affect your retention.

• Any questions please try to message at least 24 hours before your appointment as sometimes I do not reply to messages straight away and take 24-48 hours to reply.

• A booking fee must be paid to secure the appointment in the first 24 hours upon booking, if not paid the appointment is not confirmed and could no longer be available as it could be taken by someone else.

• Please come to your appointment alone, no friends, no children, no family members, especially if you are attending anaesthetic/injectable treatment. Please do not bring any under is with you as complying with our insurance, we cannot carry out the treatment with them present.

•Please pay for your lashes at your appointment in CASH ONLY and have the exact amount.

• All Antiwrinkle review appointments must be booked 10-14 days post initial treatment, anything after this will result in extra charge.
Before confirming and booking an appointment with us please ensure you are of age. 18+ ONLY If you look under the age of 25 you WILL be asked to provide valid ID. If this cannot be provided, the deposit paid will be held and non refundable.

• You must wait 2 weeks beforehand or 3 weeks post vaccine before receiving any dermal filler or anti-wrinkle treatment.

• Deposits are non refundable. Deposits will be lost if you are a 'no show' or cancel the booking under the 48 hour duration and do not attend your appointment, masterclass or training course.

• Please attend your booking alone & have the remaining balance cash on the day or bank transfer.

• If you are 65 or over you must provide a doctors note prior to the appointment.

• If you have recently been on a course of
ANY antibiotics or steroids you MUST complete your prescribed course and wait a further 2 weeks post completion to receive any aesthetics treatments.

• We do not under any circumstance inject clients who are pregnant or lactating

• Any issues / complaints need to be addressed in the first 48 hours after treatment and they will be accommodated free of charge, anything after that will result in payment to fix the issue.
